Valley ALIVE with the sound of MUSIC

March 16 - MORON, HAITI

Today we got up early and drove for over 2-1/2 hours up and out into the country again to a town called Moron.




Our small Lutheran Church there also has a school that is supported by LCMS congregations as well as the teachers. NID individuals provide food daily for the children through a program called Feed My Children.

Had VBS this morning. If only I had a recorder to hear the sound of the songs the children were singing as it echoed through the valley where the church is located. Not a large church and the buildings need much repair - but it is a thriving, active church! This church building is also used as the school!
